Toy Story 3 review

yay! finally managed to watch Toy Story 3 :)

It's nice in a sense that it brings back good ol' memories ..
but, overall I didn't think it was great la.. i mean it's nice but not great
prolly bcoz I expected it to be better :p

One of my fav. character, Ham
quite insignificant in the show though...

and also
Slinky Dog !! =)


kudos for bringing barbie and ken in !

never like human figure doll b4.. yikess...
u guys remembered last time when we were much younger ..
there used to have this doll..where you lie it down it'll close it's eyes
and open when u put it vertically.. :s
I remember I used to hide it somewhere lor..hahaha..

prefer soft toy anytime! =P

watched Shutter Island as well last week but I was quite disappointed with the movie.
(sorry f&j , but i really think the show was too slow pace albeit the fact that the movie was rated 8/10 :P )
my rating for shutter island = 6.5/10
I give credit for the twist @ the end of the movie...

Alice in Wonderland :: Review

Caution: Might contain spoilers. Read at your own risks =P


Surprisingly, the new rendition of Alice in wonderland is nothing like above.
(cute-sie cute-sie~)

The director has given a new breathe to the show by giving a creepy twist and perhaps some gruesome scene (i.e dormouse poking-out enemy's eye scene and Jabberwocky's head rolling down the stairs =P)




It seems that this movie somewhat link to the original cartoon where in the cartoon, Alice, is still 13 and thought that all the incidents that happened on her were only a dream.

But, at the age of 19, Alice returns to the 'wonderland' and realized that the incidents that happens on her is not a dream after all... and a new adventure awaits her. ( will leave the rest of the details to those who wished to watch =P )

Overall, I think the movie is not bad but not WOW.
But I guess it's something that everyone would want to watch because it somehow rekindle the child-like spirit within =p
